This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment. Come to learn basic sun salutations, discover foundational poses, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment.
*Classes marked with an asterisk (*) are offered by donation as a way to make yoga more accessible to everyone in our community. You are welcome to join these classes for whatever you can comfortably afford to pay. Class passes are also an optional form of payment.
