This vinyasa Flow Class is meant to make you sweat! You will move from pose to pose in a way that challenges you to drop focus out of your mind and into sensation. Variations of sun salutations A and B will be given with option to flow on your own. This well-rounded class will strengthen and lengthen all areas of your body. You will leave your mat feeling stronger, more centered and ready to take on life with a smile. This is an intermediate flow. Some yoga experience is recommended.
